Qaiser is an industry veteran and comes with over fifteen years of strong and varied emerging markets experience. In this current role at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, as Director Media, Asia, Middle East, Africa (AMA), Qaiser oversees media strategy and operations for markets including China and India.
Prior to joining GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, his notable assignments have been with media agencies such as Mindshare, Mediacom, Initiative Media and Starcom MediaVest Group China where he was the Planning leader for the P&G business. In addition to China, Qaiser has worked in markets such as Middle East, Malaysia and Pakistan.
The Judging process has always been a inspiration driver for me. You see the work from other advertisers and it gives you an opportunity to learn from them. I'd like entrants to focus on defining the 'Objectives' & 'Results' clearly & being precise.
