Germaine is a veteran in the advertising industry. At StarHub, she is responsible for the overall strategy and business development of media analytics, the development of digital and mobile advertising solutions, media research insights, Smart Retail Programme and the tourist digital concierge app GORU.
Among Germaine’s achievements was the award-winning StarHub Smart Targeting solution; and she was named the Media Salesperson of the Year at the Singapore Media Awards in 2005. She also spearheaded the development of StarHub SmarTAM, Singapore’s first TV Audience Measurement system using Return Path Data technology.
Prior to joining StarHub, Germaine spent five years with a leading outdoor media company in key account partnerships. Before that, she spent more than seven years managing Myanmar’s largest media representative and advertising agency she co-founded.
